Sounds too good to be true eh? That’s exactly how I felt when I stumbled across the program that made that exact promise. I’m really excited about being able to share my story with you. So Without Further Ado, here’s My Story

I’ve always been on the chubby side with prominent man breasts ever since puberty. I remember avoiding all sports activities in school because the other kids would see my breasts in the shower. I spent my entire youth wearing dark baggy clothes in the summer – people would always ask ‘Garry, aren’t you boiling in those clothes?’

I’d watch my friends and family have fun at the beach – taking off their tops and jumping into the water. I’d either not go, or go and make an excuse to keep my top on.

“I’ve always had limited success with women.”

I couldn’t imagine how they could be attracted to a guy with man breasts! Can you?

So I went out there and started to learn all that I could about how to get rid of man boobs. All the information at the time pointed me toward doing lots of chest exercises – push-ups and bench presses in particular. I started doing push-ups every morning and every night before I went to bed. I even bought a bench so I could bench-press heavy weights.

Now the muscle growth I achieved was impressive. But as I kept looking in the mirror, there seemed to be no improvement whatsoever!! If anything my my muscles were pushing my chest out and my manboobs looked bigger!

“So if someone told you to do chest exercises to get rid of man boobs, then stop right now!”

I learned the hard way that working out the chest muscles does NOT cause fat to be lost around that area.

The next step was weight loss. Now this wasn’t easy at all, especially because I’d been fat all my life. I did my research and found that your body is genetically programmed to lose fat from certain areas of your body before others.

I got straight on the bandwagon, joined a gym and started on the cardio, compound weight-training, restricted healthy diet – the full works! (Hey, Im a determined guy!) And success! I was losing weight! - I was losing fat firstly from my legs and buttocks, then from my face and arms and finally from my belly…

Yeh, you’re probably asking ‘what about the chest???’

“Well by that time I looked like a complete freak!”

I was a woman if it wasn’t for my facial hair and private parts!! But I persisted, because I knew that my body would eventually HAVE to resort to burning that chest fat.

And guess what? It did!

“My chest finally started to flatten out!!!”

But at that time I was doing cardio seven days a week, and living on an almost vegan diet minus the refined carbohydrates. I missed my favourite foods, I was exhausted by the gym. If I lapsed just a little, my man boobs would just grow back!! I couldn’t live like that for the rest of my life, there just HAD to be another answer!!

That’s when I decided to see my doctor. To my surprise, my doctor told me that he used to suffer from man boobs too! He told me about a guy called Cliff Manchaster who specialises in man-boon reduction (that was the first time I’d heard about someone who did that – I would’ve found it funny if I wasn’t so miserable at the time). I was sold almost instantly –

“Ok, Enough Of Your Story, Tell Me How To Lose These Booblets Already!!”

Ok, so you wanna get rid of those man boobs eh? *rubs hands together*, OK I’ll get straight to the point, let’s get started.

There are 2 things you need to get a handle on – your body fat and your hormone levels.

1. How To Reduce Body Fat

This involves 3 things in order of importance: Diet, Cardiovascular Exercise, Weight Training

It doesn’t matter how much  you exercise, if you overeat all your efforts will be in vain.

How To Lose Man Boobs - Chocolate BarThere are up to 300 calories in the average chocolate bar, and it takes half an hour of jogging at a moderate to high intensity to burn that many calories – is it easier to skip that chocolate bar or to run for 30 minutes non-stop?

Cardiovascular exercise is very important. You can either do low intensity jogging/cycling/swimming for at least 30 minutes at a time, to burn fat directly, or do high intensity interval training where you increase your metabolism so you burn fat throughout the day.

How To Lose Man Boobs - Weight Lifting

Psst! I couldn't find a pic of a guy with boobs doing weights, so I got you one with a woman with boobs hope you don't mind ;)

Weight training: Do squats, deadlifts, bench presses and bent-over rows for the back. These are compound exercises that train the largest muscle groups in the body. Gaining muscle mass is crucial! It does 2 things for man-boob victims: firstly,

muscle burns lots of calories at rest, so you’ll be losing fat while you sleep.

Secondly, more muscle = more testosterone = bye bye man boobs.

You don’t have to spend hours at the gym to gain muscle. The most intelligent bodybuilder I’ve ever come across, who was his own personal trainer and that of hundreds of others, is a guy called Mike Mentzer – he’ll show you how you can literally build HUGE olympian muscles by just spending some 5-15 minutes a day, 2-3 days a week with a set of weights.

2. Balancing Your Hormones

Ok, there are way too many things for me to cover here, and I have to say Cliff Manchaster is the real expert here, not me. From what I gather from his book, it focuses generally around opting for natural plant-based foods, to reduce animal fats and intake of refined foods and anything dairy.

Why? Animal fats come with the enzyme aromatase, which converts testosterone to the female hormone estrogen – we sure as hell don’t want that happening now, do we? Dairy is full of growth factors (even if you go organic) and estrogen which is pumped into the animals by farmers wanting nothing more but to make a profit (hey, don’t hate em, they’re just trying to make a living… at our expense).

How To Lose Man Boobs - SaladBoth components promote man breasts. The first even promotes breast cancer, and boy! Is that an embarrassing condition for us men to have!

What are refined foods? Anything that isn’t in its natural state, such as white bread, white pasta, white rice – these foods are stripped of their micronutrient goodness and are just empty calories – they shouldn’t even be considered food!

But there’s lots more to balancing your hormones than just a healthy diet!

“What Should I Do Now?”

Good question!

You don’t have to buy the Chest Coach System to successfully rid yourself of that chest-flab. There’s a lot of information out there on the internet, what’s important is you go and educate yourself – learn about what works and what doesn’t.

If you’re doing it the wrong way, it doesn’t matter how much effort you put in, you wont get anywhere.

Saying that, be careful of the lies out there too. There are too many sites telling you you can blast away that chest-flab with push-ups or some other chest exercise.

How To Lose Man Boobs - CosmeticsThere are some gold nuggets out there though, for example did you know that more than 90% of leave-on cosmetic products use preservatives that contain estrogen?

This estrogen is absorbed through your skin in massive amounts (after all your skin IS the largest organ in your body – good ol’ high school biology, eh?). If you wanna slap something on your skin, I suggest you go organic.
