The Problem With Meat If You’re Trying To Lose Man Boobs…

Ok, so if you were to have pure organic meat – the stuff that’s grazed on the purest grass on earth and sung to sleep in a cradle – it’ll still make losing man boobs harder if you eat it!

Why is that do I hear you ask?

Well the animal still contains natural oestrogens, especially if its female, and it just so happens that animal oestrogens have the same affect on us as human oestrogens do. And if it’s female livestock, then depending on it’s when on its menstrual cycle the animal was slaughtered, that could be a high dose of oestrogen indeed!

“What about non-organic meat?”

Well 2 things…

1: They graze on fertilizer-infested grass, which contain oestrogenic particles, which accumulate in the fat of the animal… which will then end up in YOUR fat, giving YOU man boobs.

2: In the USA for example, farmers are allowed to pump their livestock with potent artificial oestrogens, which cause their animals to grow HUGE and produce tons more milk! Now what farmer wouldn’t take up that opportunity? Now needless to say, this oestrogen then ends up making its way into YOUR body and giving you man boobs.

And Here’s Another Factor That Makes Meat Bad…

Meat slows down gut-transit, which means that the food spends longer in your gut. This gives oestrogen more time to be absorbed through your gut into your body.

What’s My Background, Why Am I Telling You How To Lose Man Boobs?

My name’s Sammie and I’ve been trying to lose my man boobs ever since I was a kid. I remember being horrified of Physical Education in school where the other kids might see my boobs in the shower, or realise that my tits are rather like that of Pamela Anderson running down the beach on Baywatch.

So I went out there and started to learn everything about how to get rid of man boobs. All my research on the internet seemed to be in vain, as it would all seem to point toward…

Mistake 1: Exercising the chest area by moving the arms and doing press-ups and benching heavy weights.

Is this a phase you’ve been through? If it is you’ll realise that it doesn’t work! Haven’t you had enough of doing this already? Go ahead and tense those muscles in your chest – they feel bigger than when you started working out your chest, don’t they? Now pinch that boob fat… what’s that? It’s still there?

Well what can I say except… it doesn’t work!I didn’t know this before, so I started doing push-ups and bought a bench so I could bench-press heavy weights.Irrespective of the size of my pectorals, which grew quite impressively large – I could feel them… under my boob fat, which sadly remained unchanged.

I now had man boobs that I could move up and down at will.

Hence it doesn’t matter how real it feels while your working out, if you’re doing chest excercises to thin out that chest fat, then now’s the time to stop!If you haven’t already learned from your mistake, then learn from mine and know that doing chest exercises is NOT a solution for man boobs on its own.

Error Number 2: If I lose weight, then I’ll lose my man boobs…

This was harder than I thought! I starded doing cardio, with boxing, running up stairs, skipping, playing football, all of it! And hey presto! my body started to slim down. My ass, legs, arms, neck and face all thinning out. And finally my belly and then my boobs.Those horrid man breasts finally started to thin out and disappear!!!

But at that time I was doing cardio seven days a week, and living on the most restricted diet.I craved just a taste of my favorite foods, I had had enough of the gym, it was exhausting. If I relaxed just a bit, by taking it easy at the gym and having some comfort food, my moobs would just come back!

And there’s no way I could maintain that for much longer, I simply had to find another way!

Mistake #III: The answer lies with eBooks on the internet that claim to have some “secret” method to lose those man boobs…

By seeing the salespages, I was convinced the eBook they were promoting would have all the answers I was looking for! I could just add this special spice to my food and my man boobs would dissolve away!

Wow! So I went out there and purchased all the eBooks I could find on losing man boobs. I followed each eBook to the letter, I did everything they suggested and stuck to it, and with every book I was disappointed.

I’ve realised now after much pain and effort, that none of the guides out there on how to loose man boobs are really worth your time reading let alone paying for and putting in the effort to try out their methods.

Having realised that I was more or less on my own, I made up my mind to really put in the work and do my own scientific research. And though I have a background in science, I’m not talking about dissecting rats and human specimens, but about pooling together all the scientific research out there on man boobs and coming to my own conclusions.
