One Man Boobs Exercise That Packs A Powerful Punch

If you can’t support your body weight at this time, I suggest you start out doing the negative movement as
suggested in the video, and then work your way up to doing the full dip. The goal is to do three sets of eight
repetitions with just your body weight. After that you can start adding weights as shown in the video.
Studies have shown that doing three sets of 8 repetitions not only causes the greatest muscle growth, but due to
the workout being prolonged compared to just doing one repetition with a huge weight, it causes the
greatest release of the male hormone testosterone. Doing more sets or reps than this would mean lifting a
lighter weight, and this would result in less muscular growth and less hormone release. So to get the best out
of this man boobs exercise, the goal is to lift the heaviest weight with which you can go on for 3 sets with 8
repetitions per set.
